For best quality then, we start your online order as soon as you walk in the door (just give us your name).

Arrive at your convenience, and we’ll put your order in the front of the line. Most orders take 5-10 minutes, unless you come during peak hours.

However, if you need your online order ready at a specific time, just let us know in “special requests” and we’ll do our best to have it ready and waiting for you when you walk in the door.

To Participate: Send us a DM on social media or visit us in person and let us know who you think has a better french fry. If we think your suggestion provides objectively good competition, and we have not already tried it and ruled it out, we will go and try it. And if your suggested french fries are better than our French fries, we will give you a $200 Heyday as gratitude for showing us not only the best fries in town, but quite possibly, the Perfect French Fry.

Rules and Conditions

  1. The challenger fries will be judged on flavor, consistency, and structure.

  2. They must be standard size French fries (1/4”-1/2”).

  3. A side order of them must sell for $5 or less.

  4. They must not be seasoned with more than three spices, including salt.

  5. They must beat our fries fresh out of the fryer AND after sitting in a closed carryout bag for twenty minutes.

  6. They must be a regular menu item in a restaurant located on the east side of Cincinnati.
